TypeScript: workflow comparison ideas and experiences

I wanted to start a broader workflow comparison thread around TypeScript.

A useful angle is advanced workflows, but it also connects with customisation. Different tools and workflows can produce very different results even when the goal is similar.

It would be interesting to compare practical examples, experiments, setups, or lessons that show where TypeScript is genuinely useful and where it still needs improvement.

Another angle is to think about what matters most for typescript: quality, speed, cost or consistency. The best setup can be different depending on which of those you care about most.
