A practical understanding of Runway starts with knowing what the system does well, where it is unreliable, and how to validate the result.

One important area is useful tools. Define what a good result looks like before changing tools or settings, then test one variable at a time so you can tell what actually improved the outcome.

Another area is deployment. Keep examples of both strong and weak outputs, check important facts or generated code independently, and document settings that produce consistent results.

The main takeaway is that Runway becomes much more reliable when the workflow includes clear inputs, repeatable checks, and a way to learn from previous results.

What happens if you keep everything else fixed and only change runway and result? I'd be curious whether the result stays consistent across a few runs. If it works twice in a row, then I would start expanding the test.
