Robot Programming — what is changing around future possibilities?

I wanted to start a broader future possibilities thread around Robot Programming.

A useful angle is collaboration, but it also connects with accessibility. Different tools and workflows can produce very different results even when the goal is similar.

It would be interesting to compare practical examples, experiments, setups, or lessons that show where Robot Programming is genuinely useful and where it still needs improvement.

In similar situations I normally leave the working setup alone and test robot and programming separately. It is a bit slower at first, but troubleshooting is much easier.
