Large Language Models discussion: setup showcase

I wanted to start a broader setup showcase thread around Large Language Models.

A useful angle is accessibility, but it also connects with cost control. Different tools and workflows can produce very different results even when the goal is similar.

It would be interesting to compare practical examples, experiments, setups, or lessons that show where Large Language Models is genuinely useful and where it still needs improvement.

Another angle is to think about what matters most for large and language: quality, speed, cost or consistency. The best setup can be different depending on which of those you care about most. That usually gives a much cleaner signal than changing several things together.
