JavaScript discussion: community experiences

[ella_1a5g]

I wanted to start a broader community experiences thread around JavaScript.

A useful angle is creative uses, but it also connects with integration. Different tools and workflows can produce very different results even when the goal is similar.

It would be interesting to compare practical examples, experiments, setups, or lessons that show where JavaScript is genuinely useful and where it still needs improvement.

A useful way to look at JavaScript discussion: community experiences is to focus first on javascript and community. That tends to make the trade-offs easier to compare. It also gives you a cleaner baseline if you want to compare tools or settings later.
