I wanted to start a broader productivity ideas thread around Python.

A useful angle is quality versus speed, but it also connects with deployment. Different tools and workflows can produce very different results even when the goal is similar.

It would be interesting to compare practical examples, experiments, setups, or lessons that show where Python is genuinely useful and where it still needs improvement.

With python and useful, I'd keep a basic version that already works and compare every change against it. That gives you a proper baseline instead of relying on memory. That usually gives a much cleaner signal than changing several things together.
