There are several ways to approach Pika, so I wanted to compare experiences.

I am particularly interested in data quality and security. I would like to compare approaches that people have actually used rather than just theoretical suggestions.

What would you tell someone trying this for the first time?

The point about data and quality is interesting. In practice I would keep the first test simple, record what worked, and only add extra complexity if it solves a specific limitation. It also gives you a cleaner baseline if you want to compare tools or settings later.
