I wanted to start a broader tool comparison thread around DALL-E.

A useful angle is beginner tips, but it also connects with future improvements. Different tools and workflows can produce very different results even when the goal is similar.

It would be interesting to compare practical examples, experiments, setups, or lessons that show where DALL-E is genuinely useful and where it still needs improvement.

The point about dall-e and tool is interesting. In practice I would keep the first test simple, record what worked, and only add extra complexity if it solves a specific limitation. That way you can improve the workflow without losing track of what caused the improvement.
