✍️ AI FORUM TALK — TERMS & COMMUNITY RULES ✍️

Welcome to AI Forum Talk. Our goal is to provide a friendly, useful, and safe community where members can discuss artificial intelligence, share knowledge, discover AI tools, ask questions, and help one another.

By using this forum, you agree to follow the rules below.

1. 📝 Post Clear & Useful Content

Threads should have a clear and relevant title and include enough information for other members to understand the topic. Where appropriate, include screenshots, images, examples, sources, or other useful details.

Please post in the most relevant forum/category and avoid creating duplicate or extremely low-quality threads.

2. 🤖 AI-Generated Content

AI-generated content is welcome when it provides genuine value to the community. However, do not flood the forum with repetitive, misleading, meaningless, or low-quality AI-generated posts.

When sharing information generated by AI, remember that AI systems can make mistakes. Do not deliberately present fabricated information as verified fact.

3. 🚫 No Spam, Scams or Misleading Content

Spam, phishing, scams, fake giveaways, deceptive promotions, referral abuse, and intentionally misleading links or content are prohibited.

Accounts created primarily to advertise or spam may be permanently banned.

4. 🔗 External Links & Downloads

External links are allowed when they are relevant and useful to the discussion. Do not post links to malicious, deceptive, illegal, or unsafe websites.

Downloads must not contain malware, viruses, spyware, ransomware, credential stealers, or other harmful software.

When possible, use reputable file-hosting services and clearly explain what a downloadable file contains.

5. 🔐 Privacy & Personal Information

Do not publish another person's private or sensitive information without permission. This includes private addresses, telephone numbers, passwords, login credentials, financial information, private messages, or other confidential information.

Never ask members to publicly share passwords, API keys, authentication tokens, recovery codes, or similar credentials.

6. 🤝 Respect Other Members

Treat members, moderators, administrators, developers, beginners, and experienced users with respect.

Healthy disagreement and debate are welcome. Personal attacks, harassment, threats, excessive insults, bullying, discrimination, or deliberately hostile behaviour are not.

Debate the idea — don't attack the person.

7. 🛡️ No Malicious or Criminal Content

Do not use the forum to facilitate harmful or criminal activity. This includes distributing malware, stolen credentials, phishing kits, instructions intended to compromise other people's systems, or other malicious material.

Legitimate discussions about cybersecurity, AI security, vulnerabilities, defensive research, and responsible security testing are welcome when conducted appropriately.

8. ©️ Copyright & Intellectual Property

Only share material that you have the right to distribute.

Do not use the forum to distribute pirated software, cracked applications, stolen source code, leaked paid content, license-key bypasses, or other material that unlawfully infringes intellectual-property rights.

When sharing someone else's research, code, article, project, or other work, provide appropriate attribution where possible.

9. 📢 Advertising & Self-Promotion

Relevant projects, AI tools, websites, open-source projects, and services may be shared in appropriate sections.

Do not repeatedly advertise the same product or service, hijack unrelated discussions for promotion, send unsolicited promotional messages, or create multiple accounts to promote something.

10. 📰 Misinformation & Impersonation

Do not intentionally spread fabricated news or information.

Do not impersonate another member, company, AI developer, researcher, public figure, moderator, or staff member.

Satire and humour are fine when the context makes it reasonably clear that the content isn't being presented as genuine information.

11. 🧵 Keep Discussions Relevant

Keep replies reasonably related to the original topic. If a discussion moves substantially into another subject, consider creating a new thread.

Use descriptive titles rather than titles such as "HELP!!!", "URGENT", or "LOOK HERE".

12. 👥 One Person, One Identity

Do not create additional accounts to evade restrictions, manipulate discussions, artificially boost content, harass members, or circumvent a suspension or ban.

13. 🚩 Report Problems — Don't Escalate Them

If you find content that violates these rules, please use the forum's Report function rather than starting an argument.

Moderators will review reports and take action where appropriate.

14. ⚖️ Moderation & Enforcement

Forum staff may edit, move, lock, merge, restrict, or remove content when necessary to maintain the community.

Depending on the circumstances, rule violations may result in a warning, content removal, temporary restrictions, suspension, or permanent account termination.

Serious violations may result in immediate action without a prior warning.

15. 📋 Rules May Be Updated

These rules may be updated as AI Forum Talk grows and as new technologies, community features, and issues emerge.

Members are responsible for following the current version of the rules.
