What are the biggest mistakes with creative uses in Suggestions?

I have been exploring Suggestions and wanted to ask people who have tried it in practice.

I am particularly interested in creative uses and integration. I would like to compare approaches that people have actually used rather than just theoretical suggestions.

Which approach would you recommend and why?
