I wanted to start a broader workflow comparison thread around Python.

A useful angle is creative uses, but it also connects with customisation. Different tools and workflows can produce very different results even when the goal is similar.

It would be interesting to compare practical examples, experiments, setups, or lessons that show where Python is genuinely useful and where it still needs improvement.

For python and useful, I'd try the smallest workable version first and only add complexity if it actually improves the result. The useful part is being able to tell exactly which change caused the difference. The part about "I wanted to start a broader workflow comparison thread around Python. A useful angle is creative uses, but it also conn…" is the bit I would test first.
