I wanted to start a broader workflow comparison thread around Natural Language Processing.

A useful angle is reliability, but it also connects with creative uses. Different tools and workflows can produce very different results even when the goal is similar.

It would be interesting to compare practical examples, experiments, setups, or lessons that show where Natural Language Processing is genuinely useful and where it still needs improvement.

On Natural Language Processing — what is changing around workflow comparison?, the part about natural and language stands out to me. I would test one small workflow first, keep the variables consistent, and compare the result before changing several things at once. That way you can improve the workflow without losing track of what caused the improvement.

The point about natural and language is interesting. In practice I would keep the first test simple, record what worked, and only add extra complexity if it solves a specific limitation. That should make it easier to tell whether the change is actually helping.
