I wanted to start a broader workflow comparison thread around Machine Learning.

A useful angle is useful tools, but it also connects with reliability. Different tools and workflows can produce very different results even when the goal is similar.

It would be interesting to compare practical examples, experiments, setups, or lessons that show where Machine Learning is genuinely useful and where it still needs improvement.

For Machine Learning discussion: workflow comparison, I would separate the problem into setup, output quality and repeatability. machine and learning fits into that because it can change the result quite a lot depending on the workflow. The original point — "I wanted to start a broader workflow comparison thread around Machine Learning. A useful angle is useful tools, but it also connects with reliability. Different tools and workflow…" — gives a useful starting point for that comparison.
