I wanted to start a broader practical use cases thread around AI Game Design.

A useful angle is future improvements, but it also connects with collaboration. Different tools and workflows can produce very different results even when the goal is similar.

It would be interesting to compare practical examples, experiments, setups, or lessons that show where AI Game Design is genuinely useful and where it still needs improvement.

The point about game and design is interesting. In practice I would keep the first test simple, record what worked, and only add extra complexity if it solves a specific limitation. It is usually easier to troubleshoot when each change is tested on its own.
