collaboration question: how do you handle Ollama?

[ellieque]

There are several ways to approach Ollama, so I wanted to compare experiences.

I am particularly interested in collaboration and setup choices. I would like to compare approaches that people have actually used rather than just theoretical suggestions.

What would you tell someone trying this for the first time?

On collaboration question: how do you handle Ollama?, the part about collaboration and ollama stands out to me. I would test one small workflow first, keep the variables consistent, and compare the result before changing several things at once. If you share the exact setup, it would be easier to narrow down which part matters most.
