I wanted to start a broader productivity ideas thread around AI Motion Capture.

A useful angle is automation, but it also connects with future improvements. Different tools and workflows can produce very different results even when the goal is similar.

It would be interesting to compare practical examples, experiments, setups, or lessons that show where AI Motion Capture is genuinely useful and where it still needs improvement.

I tend to judge motion over several examples rather than one result. One unusually good output can make a change look better than it really is.
