There are several ways to approach AI CPUs & NPUs, so I wanted to compare experiences.

I am particularly interested in performance and future improvements. I would like to compare approaches that people have actually used rather than just theoretical suggestions.

What trade-offs have you found between quality, speed, cost, and reliability?

I think performance and cpus is the key part of this topic. A practical approach is to define the outcome you want, test it with a small example, and then check quality, speed and reliability separately. If you share the exact setup, it would be easier to narrow down which part matters most.
