I wanted to start a broader workflow comparison thread around AI Robots.

A useful angle is getting started, but it also connects with testing. Different tools and workflows can produce very different results even when the goal is similar.

It would be interesting to compare practical examples, experiments, setups, or lessons that show where AI Robots is genuinely useful and where it still needs improvement.

For AI Robots — what is changing around workflow comparison?, I would separate the problem into setup, output quality and repeatability. robots and around fits into that because it can change the result quite a lot depending on the workflow. That way you can improve the workflow without losing track of what caused the improvement.
