I have been exploring AI Business Automation and wanted to ask people who have tried it in practice.

I am particularly interested in getting started and cost control. I would like to compare approaches that people have actually used rather than just theoretical suggestions.

Are there any settings, tools, or workflow changes that made a noticeable difference?

The point about getting and started is interesting. In practice I would keep the first test simple, record what worked, and only add extra complexity if it solves a specific limitation. The original point — "I have been exploring AI Business Automation and wanted to ask people who have tried it in practice. I am particularly interested in getting started and cost control. I would like…" — gives a useful starting point for that comparison.
