I am trying to improve my approach to AI CPUs & NPUs and could use some practical advice.

I am particularly interested in automation and future improvements. I would like to compare approaches that people have actually used rather than just theoretical suggestions.

What has worked best for you, and what would you avoid?

One thing worth trying with automation question: how do you handle AI CPUs & NPUs? is a controlled comparison around automation and cpus. Use the same input for each test and note what changes in the output rather than judging from a single run. That way you can improve the workflow without losing track of what caused the improvement.
