I wanted to start a broader mistakes and lessons thread around Neural Networks.

A useful angle is best workflow, but it also connects with cost control. Different tools and workflows can produce very different results even when the goal is similar.

It would be interesting to compare practical examples, experiments, setups, or lessons that show where Neural Networks is genuinely useful and where it still needs improvement.

I think neural and networks is the key part of this topic. A practical approach is to define the outcome you want, test it with a small example, and then check quality, speed and reliability separately. It also gives you a cleaner baseline if you want to compare tools or settings later.
