I wanted to start a broader workflow comparison thread around General AI Discussion.

A useful angle is prompt design, but it also connects with limitations. Different tools and workflows can produce very different results even when the goal is similar.

It would be interesting to compare practical examples, experiments, setups, or lessons that show where General AI Discussion is genuinely useful and where it still needs improvement.

For General AI Discussion — what is changing around workflow comparison?, I would separate the problem into setup, output quality and repeatability. general and discussion fits into that because it can change the result quite a lot depending on the workflow. It also gives you a cleaner baseline if you want to compare tools or settings later.
