I wanted to start a broader community experiences thread around Fine-Tuning.

A useful angle is collaboration, but it also connects with cost control. Different tools and workflows can produce very different results even when the goal is similar.

It would be interesting to compare practical examples, experiments, setups, or lessons that show where Fine-Tuning is genuinely useful and where it still needs improvement.

For Fine-Tuning — what is changing around community experiences?, I would separate the problem into setup, output quality and repeatability. fine-tuning and around fits into that because it can change the result quite a lot depending on the workflow. If you share the exact setup, it would be easier to narrow down which part matters most.
