OpenAI Expands Deep Research to All Paying ChatGPT Users

OpenAI has announced that Deep Research, its AI-powered web browsing and report generation tool, is now available to all paying ChatGPT users. Previously limited to Pro users ($200/month), the feature is now accessible to Plus, Team, Enterprise, and Edu subscribers, who will receive 10 deep research queries per month, while Pro users will now get 120 queries, up from 100.

Deep Research allows users to generate detailed, AI-driven reports by analyzing web sources and uploaded files. OpenAI has improved its ability to reference documents, making it more effective for professionals in finance, science, policy, and engineering.

The feature is currently available on web, iOS, Android, macOS, and Windows, with future updates expected to include visuals, data analysis, and increased query limits. This expansion reflects OpenAI’s commitment to enhancing AI research accessibility for a broader audience.
